The problem
A food court needs the same menu to work on a screen above the counter and on a printed sheet in the hand. Different reading distances, same content.
What I did
One content structure, two output formats. The screen version uses larger type and fewer items per panel. The print version carries the full list. Prices set in tabular figures so columns never shift when an item changes.
